All Levels Vinyasa Flow Yoga to challenge the body and free the mind. Moving rhythmically to match breath with movement, these yoga classes will invigorate your body and provide a safe space to grow your practice at your own pace.

Restorative yoga will help to calm and reset your entire body and mind to prepare you for ultimate relaxation. These soothing and well-supported poses offer the opportunity to linger quietly for a few moments and savor the simple sweetness of life. It's a great compliment to a more active vinyasa flow practice or a nice balance to your regular fitness workout.
Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that is one of the most popular styles of yoga in the United States. Also sometimes called "Vinyasa Flow Yoga," this type of practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures.

I was very honored to participate in YogaWorks West Hollywood' Yoga Gives to St. Jude Kids by leading a Special Healing Heart Restorative Yoga Class. It was very meaningful to be a part of this wonderful event in which YogaWorks West Hollywood (CA) partnered with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to host Yoga Gives to St. Jude Kids on Saturday, June 18, 2016. This event brought together yoga enthusiasts and St. Jude supporters for an impactful day, as we Practiced for a Purpose.

What are the benefits of a private yoga session?
Sometimes getting started with your yoga practice can seem overwhelming. However, with a private yoga session, you will receive individualized attention and go at your own pace. This personalized and custom tailored course will be specifically curated to fit your needs and wellness goals. A private session is also very beneficial to work around injuries, and is a safe space for beginners to learn the basics, stop and ask questions, learn modifications for poses, and more! Finally, I can come to you for an in-house yoga session, and provide the yoga props (blocks, strap, bolster, blankets) and yoga mat.

This workshop is suitable for anyone wanting to build up their arm balance practice. A familiarity with bakasana (crow), L shape, Sun Salutations and Vinyasa is recommended. What you can expect:
- Strengthen the core and find the fundamental poses for balance
- Learn how to protect the wrist from injury
- Explore variations and modifications for all levels of practice and energy
- Work through fear of falling with practical solutions
- Build internal awareness to know when to go deeper and when to back off
- Feel more confident in your practice and have fun
